1) Black Sea Grain Initiative withdrawn
On November 1st, The Black Sea Grain Deal, which was established to reduce food inflation brought on by the crisis in Ukraine, was terminated by Russia. An agreement known as the Black Sea Grain Initiative was established between Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the UN.
